Refunds

Passport Kisses Travel Boutique has a no cash refund policy. If completely unsatisfied with a purchase, items may be returned to Passport Kisses Travel Boutique within 7 days for store credit only.  Once merchandise is received, it will be inspected by Passport Kisses Travel Boutique and an email notification will go out, approving or denying your store credit. 

Exchanges/Returns

Passport Kisses Travel Boutique has a 7 day exchange/return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it from Passport Kisses Travel Boutique. No exchanges/returns on custom items unless an error is made by Passport Kisses Travel Boutique.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returned item(s) and the exchanged item(s), unless item is defective.

Once the exchange/return form is processed and approved, you will receive an ER# from Passport Kisses Travel Boutique. Note - You must have a valid ER# before any merchandise can be returned to Passport Kisses Travel Boutique. Any return received without a valid ER#, will not be processed.
